What to do with this weekend’s coupons?

We received three inserts this weekend: A SmartSource, a Redplum, and a Procter and Gamble. This post is written to help you guys decide where you should be using your coupons to get the best deals and helping you decide how many newspapers to buy this weekend.

We’ll start with the P&G:

  • $2/1 Crest Rinse -Get 2 FREE at CVS this week!
  • $3/1 Oral-B Battery Toothbrush -FREE at CVS and Rite Aid this week!
  • $1/2 Crest Toothpastes– Get 2 for $0.49 each at Rite Aid this week.
  • $4/1 Gillette Fusion ProGlide Razor – $1.97 at Rite Aid this week.
  • Old Spice and Gillette Coupons -Hold for good drugstore deals.
  • $1/1 Bounty Napkins -There was a BJs coupon mailed out that will make these a good price if you are interested in them.

And then the RedPlum:

  • $0.50/1 Nesquik– You should be able to get the small bottles or mixes for very cheap with doubles!
  • $0.75/2 Kellogg’s Cereals – Good for doubles! That’s $0.75 off one box.
  • $0.50/1 Johnson’s Baby Product– Not bad for doubles and drugstore deals.
  • $0.75/1 Snuggle– Walmart sells the 40ct. dryer sheets for $1.87, so $1.13 after the coupon.
  • $0.75/1 Newman’s Own Dressing – That’s $1.50 off a bottle with doubles!

And now the SmartSource:

  • $1/1 A1 Steak Sauce –Perfect for summer grilling sales!
  • $2/1 John Frieda Product – Score these for $1.49 at CVS this week!
  • FREE Single Can of Seattle’s Best Coffee Drink
  • $1/1 Colgate Toothpaste -Money Maker at CVS this week!
  • $3/1 Bic Select Razors -Watch for a sale on these!

And this was sitting on top of my advertisements in the newspaper. I’m not sure how much Cholula is, but I wouldn’t toss this coupon just in case!

Remember, this post is for you to use to help you with your coupons. Coupons, their values, and sales vary by region so don’t use this as your only guide.

      @Britt,
Aww, that’s a shame! I’m sorry that happened.

You could always make sure all the inserts are in the newspaper before you buy it. You could do the checking at the register so the employees know you aren’t trying to steal anything, like someone else did to you 🙁
