All You Need to Know About Coupon Clipping Services

Have you ever wanted multiples of the same coupon? Did a *hot* coupon not show up in your inserts? Or are you tired of buying 8 newspapers every week and using less than half the coupons?

If you are a real couponer, I’m sure these have been issues you have came across. Just recently I took the plunge to subscribe to a clipping service. I was aprehensive because I didn’t know if it was a good use of my money and if I really needed it, but I’ve had it for a few weeks now and LOVE it!

I (and many of my couponing buddies!) use My Coupon Hunter to for clipping service. You have to buy a subscription, the smallest starts at $10. For $10 you get 90 days (she’ll give you more days to use them up if necessary) to order 60 coupons. You can order just one coupon at a time or all 60 at once. There is no shipping charge ever, that’s included in the $10.

My Coupon Hunter mails from Florida, so I usually receive the coupons 3-4 days after ordering. My FAVORITE part about this service is ordering the regional coupons and values. Because my local stores double, I’m always in search of  “double” friendly coupons. For instance, we always get the $1/2 Huggies Wipes, but My Coupon Hunter has the $0.50/1 (which is $1/1 after doubles!). Using this clipping service allows me to take advantage of more sales and deals in my area.

Remember that *hot* $5/1 John Frieda Full Repair coupon I posted about many times before? Well, I never received it in my inserts, but thanks to My Coupon Hunter, I’ve already bought a few of those products for FREE because I was able to order from the service.

The lady in charge of My Coupon Hunter is very responsive. She’ll answer emails and comments on her Facebook page to help her customers as soon as possible.

The only downside is that *hot* coupons will sell out on her site. She will give a heads up when they are be posted, and like any good freebie or coupon, you’ve got to be on your toes. Honestly, I’ve never had a problem scoring the few hot coupons that came out these past few weeks, but they will sell out eventually.

I know this is a bit of a plunge for those of you just starting out, but I hope this answers some of your questions. I highly recommend My Coupon Hunter, and you can go here to read the FAQ. If you do have any other questions, shoot me an email or comment here.
