JCPenny Patio Set Orders Update

Those of you who took advantage of the *hot* patio set deal JCPenny had for your little ones, may want to check your emails! Some of you have received notice that your order is shipping and others of you will not be getting your patio set. Instead, you may get an email like the following:

Dear jcpenney Customer: 

Due to a pricing error on the Step2 patio and shade play set an over abundance of orders were received. Unfortunately the supplier was not able to fill all of the orders and therefore you will not be receiving the play set you ordered. 

I apologize for the incorrect pricing issue and for the inconvenience this caused. This certainly is not the level of service to which we aspire. We hope you will give us another opportunity in the future to serve you and to that end we have included a $50 off $50 savings certificate* for you to use on your next online order.
