Safeway: 10 Free Packs of Oscar Mayer Hot Dogs!

Here’s an awesome deal at Safeway that I hope works for you!

Oscar Mayer hot dogs are on sale at Safeway through 9/4 for $1.99 (16 oz variety). Head on over to your Safeway Just 4 U account and “clip” the $1 off Oscar Mayer hot dogs e-coupon. Hopefully you have it!

At the store, buy 10 backs of hot dogs = $19.90. At the register, that $1 off e-coupon *should* come off 10 times. It did for me yesterday and has been reported from many others. You’ll pay $9.90 oop.

For buying 10 participating Kraft items, you are also supposed to get a $10 catalina back! Items include Kraft cheese, Mio, Crystal Light, Oscar Mayer, etc.

Buy 10 Oscar Mayer Hot Dogs $1.99 each
Use the $1 off e-coupon (comes off 10x)
Final cost = $9.90, And get a $10 catalina back
= FREE!

This deal worked for me yesterday, but my $10 catalina did NOT print. There is some glitch going on at Safeway with the catalinas. I can’t quite figure it out, and the manager on duty yesterday could absolutely care less when I asked him about it (he’s a young dude, newly appointed as manager on duty I assume. He thinks he’s cool stuff because he gets to wear the white button down shirt now. He’s a rude, jerk though and that really gets on my nerves.) But anyway, the $10 catalina for spending $75+ is conflicting with other Manufacturer catalinas. I got my $10 Safeway catalina, but left without $17 in Manufacturer catalinas. There’s something going on with the catalinas at the register, especially if you try to combine the Safeway one and another one. Or if you’re planning to get more than 2 catalinas in a transaction. Your best bet is to do this deal separately if possible.
